Description of Class: It’s a 60 minute fun filled class for all fitness levels. It consists of upper body, lower body, and core exercises. These exercises can be modified or added progression. This class also includes a warm up, stretching, cool down, and some nutritional guidance. The most important parts of this class is to have fun while exercising, having a support group, and added knowledge to help you smash your goals!!
