In most cases, all sales are final when it comes to tickets sold though us or by us. Typically we are not able to allow refunds or exchanges.
Advance ticketing is basically the same as paying a deposit. If you purchase an advance ticket (prior to us disclosing section, row and seat numbers) then that is an advance ticket. Once we get the seating assignments we will notify you your assignment. If you are not happy you are eligible for a refund. NOTE you have 72 hours to from the time we notify you to cancel
We release tickets 30 days prior to the show date. We do this for a few reasons. 1 it cuts down on us having to replace lost or misplaced tickets. 2 it assists us in supporting the arts by making it harder for scalpers or third party ticket companies to abuse our tickets
Our tickets are non transferable or re saleable. We keep a spreadsheet of who we sold tickets to for each production. This aids in the event of us having to replace and reissue tickets. If you intend to purchase tickets and give them to someone else we must know the names of the intended recipient.
In an effort to be as fair as possible, we book orders in the order that they are received. Period. We do book in "waves". Thee order is as follows. FAB-PDX members, Kevin's Facebook Group Members, Newsletter subscribers, Kevin's Facebook Page, IG and so on.
